Our son Jason choose to sign up for choir when he was a freshman in high school. I was a bit surprised because he played the trumpet for the previous three years in the intermediate and middle school bands. Two weeks into the school year, the choir teacher asked Jason to join Chorale, the honors choir. Jason was the first freshman invited by the choir teacher to join the advanced choir class. Jason participated in choir all four years of high school.
The purpose of this post is to celebrate and recognize Jason's talent for singing. I am including clips from the school musical his junior year (Grease), the school musical his senior year (Guys and Dolls), and his state solo and ensemble pieces.
